Local cyclist Jerry Hirsch intends to participate in the Arthritis Foundation’s ‘AMGEN California Coast Classic’—a week-long ride in late September that raises funds for arthritis research. Each rider must raise $3,000 to participate. To help accomplish this, Jerry will hold a local ‘bike and wine event’ on August 8th at Wine Country in Signal Hill.
