This got me this morning so I went back and did some quick searching. How did Russ make out awhile back with his ticket?

I found this quote while searching. This officer is on the mark.

If you ever get cited by law enforcement for not riding far enough to the right as a cyclist lets us know. We have had five of these citation dismissed in court.
