LB Cyclists go to CSULB, February 2009

Thank you to everyone who came out yesterday, it was a great success for our first run! For those of you who don’t know what I’m talking about…a small group of LB Cyclists and CSULB Cyclists hosted a free bike inspection day at CSULB. Along with the inspections, we included a 20% off coupon to Jones Bicycles! We handed out great bike related items, maps and literature. We had many discussions related to bicycle advocacy, routes, rules and regulations, bicycle touring, and much more. We WILL be holding this event next month; please check the events calendar next week for the date and location!

    I wish we had that much excitement here! looks like a great time! I love to bike, but have not been able to afford a new bike. For now, I will love my “junk” and ride where I can!
